Video Tape Conversion
IMPORTANT: Under copyright law we are unable to convert TV shows and movies. If you or your organisation owns the copyright on any material marked 'copyright', we are able to convert this for you.
Formats we can convert are VHS (PAL & NTSC), S-VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS-C, Mini DV, Digital8, Hi8, Video8, Betamax.

1 MP4 is the standard format we convert to. We will upload your files to our Cloud server where you can easily download them to your computer where you can play them or watch them through your TV screen.
2 Typical cost per tape for Standard Editing is between $5.00 & $8.00
3 Premium Editing – we also offer this service on a one to one basis at our home office in Wellington CBD.
4 Includes cost of USB. 8GB holds approx. 3 hours of footage; 16GB holds approx. 5 hours of footage; 32GB holds approx. 10 hours of footage; 64GB holds approx. 20 hours of footage (please note: this is a guide only as file sizes can vary). Please note, you may provide a USB, but to minimise the risk of viruses we are only able to accept brand new, unopened customer USB sticks.

Music Conversion (incl. Personal Audio Recordings)
IMPORTANT: Under copyright law in New Zealand, it is legal to have a copy of your music/recordings in a different format for each device you own for your own personal use. So this means that we can only give you one copy of each album, but you can put a duplicate copy on each device you own (e.g. your smart phone, home computer, or MP3 player). We are unable to convert music recorded off the radio or home-made mixed/compilation tapes/CDs.

Photo, Negatives & Slides Scanning
All photos and slides are scanned at 600 dpi and negatives are scanned at 1200 dpi. These sizes are suitable for uploading to photo viewing/sharing websites and for printing up to A4 size prints. Contact us if you require higher resolution files for printing to larger sizes.

Courier / Postage
You can either drop your items to us at our home office in Wellington CBD or courier them to us. We recommend the use of a trackable courier to send your items. We will return your items via NZ Post using the Signature Required tracking service or a courier service of your choice. We will add the cost of any couriers used to the final invoice.
Payment
We accept cash or payment by online bank transfer. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
